Polishing Process: Fine polishing(default) or electrolytic polishing

What’s electrolytic polishing?
Electrolytic polishing in the PCB board is pin of the IC or BGA component, using the liquid electrolytic corrosion in the process of polishing, the purpose is to make the steel net surface is bright and clean, remove the stencil apertures burr.

And the corresponding fine polishing to also have the same effect, but the fine polishing by hand grinding polishing, effect is better than electrolytic polishing, but also enough to meet the general requirements of PCB.

IC pin spacing is equal to or less than 0.4 MM or BGA encapsulation of PCB, it is strongly recommended that the steel stencil selection electrolytic polishing. And ADD $10
